Ops software

The system your business runs on.

Most businesses run on a patchwork of spreadsheets, email, and tools that don't talk. We build the single system your team runs the business with, and modelled on how you really operate.

We provide bespoke ERP and CRM systems. We can provide integration with your existing finance systems, or migrate you to new ones.

You get the back office as one connected system, not another silo to keep in sync by hand.

What we build

  • Custom data hub

One place where clients, projects, jobs, and finances live — connected and actionable, not scattered across tools.

  • Workflow management

The processes your team follows, built in — stages, hand-offs, and approvals that move work along on their own.

  • Role-based views

Each part of the team sees the slice they need to do their job, with admin control over the rest.

  • Connected back office

Wired to the tools you keep, so the system reflects reality instead of a stale copy.

  • Built to grow

Handles more volume, more people, and more process without turning back into a pile of spreadsheets.

You probably need this if

  • The business runs on spreadsheets and email threads.
  • Your tools don't talk, so your team is the integration.
  • No single place shows the real state of operations.
  • Generic business software doesn't fit how you work.

Frequently asked

Honest answers.

If yours isn't here, book a 30-minute call. No pitch deck, and we'll tell you straight whether we're the right fit.

  • How is this different from a CRM?
A CRM focuses on customers and sales; an operations system runs the whole back office — jobs, projects, resources, finances, and the workflows between them. The CRM is often one part of it.
  • Isn't this just custom software?
It is custom software, aimed squarely at running your operations. If you're not sure which you need, that's what the discovery call is for.
  • Will it replace our existing tools?
Only where it makes sense. Often we build the hub and connect the tools you keep, so you get one source of truth without ripping everything out.
  • How long does it take?
A Sprint ships a working MVP in about a week; a Build runs four to eight weeks to production. Bigger systems are phased so you get usable pieces early.
