Who builds it

Hi, I'm Richard.

I've spent over twenty years on large systems work. A global drug-safety platform at AstraZeneca that had stalled for a year. Cross-government integration for DWP. A council-wide overhaul at Manchester City Council. Customer data at Sky. An NHS data migration that was running late and had to land on time. It did.

Audyn brings that same delivery discipline to smaller businesses. I map how your business runs before anything gets built, and I lead the build with a small team. You deal with the people doing the work, not account managers.

  • How is this different from an automation agency?
    Automation agencies run playbooks — they connect your apps with Zapier or Make and call it a day. We go deeper. We understand your entire operation, then build a custom system around it. Back-office, automations, and front-office — all one connected system. If your problem can be solved with a Zapier template, you don't need us. If it needs someone to understand your operation and build something custom, you do.
  • How long does a project take?
    A Sprint runs about a week and ships a working MVP on your real data. A Build engagement typically runs four to eight weeks from kickoff to production. We don't bill for work that doesn't ship.
  • Who actually builds it?
    A small team, led by the founder. The founder maps the work with you and leads the build, and you deal directly with the people doing it. No account managers, no game of telephone between the person you scoped with and the people building.
  • Do you work with our existing tools?
    Yes. We connect to what you already use — your CRM, billing, support tools, data sources — rather than asking you to migrate. The whole point is one connected system, not another silo.
