Who we are

This site is operated by Audyn, a custom AI build studio. We can be reached at hello@audyn.co.uk.

What we collect

The only personal data we collect is what you give us directly through one of two forms on this site:

• The contact form — name, email, and optionally phone, company and your message.
• The readiness assessment — your email if you choose to receive the full report, alongside the score and outcome you generated.

We don't run analytics, advertising or tracking. We don't profile visitors, sell data, or fingerprint browsers.

Where it goes

Form submissions are sent through Web3Forms (our form-to-email processor) and arrive in our inbox. Web3Forms processes the data only to deliver the email to us; their privacy notice is on their own site. We don't store submissions in any other system.

Why we hold it

To reply to your enquiry, to discuss whether we're a fit, and to follow up about any engagement that comes from that conversation. That's it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for the period needed to respond and to honour any resulting engagement. After that, if no engagement follows, the email thread is retained for a maximum of two years and then deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict our use of your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@audyn.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK ICO.

Changes

If we update this notice we'll change the "last updated" date at the top.
