We build the systems
your business runs on.
Automations, AI agents, Data pipelines, Back office, Front office, CRM systems, Databases

Strategic thinking meets hands-on building. Systems that let your business run like it was designed to — not like it evolved by accident.

What we build

Three pillars.
One connected system.

Every engagement combines these three — because a back-office without automations is just a dashboard.

01

Back-office systems

A single, custom-built hub where all your business data is synced, stored, and actionable. Not another dashboard you'll check once a week — the place your team actually runs the business from.

What this looks like

  • Custom data hub connected to all your tools
  • AI-powered actions built in
  • Role-based views for your team
  • Real-time sync across all systems
  • Admin panel with full control

02

Automations & AI agents

We go deep into how your business operates, identify the workflows eating your team's time, and build automations robust enough to trust. The kind your team can't imagine working without after a month.

What this looks like

  • Workflow audit and bottleneck mapping
  • Custom AI agents for repetitive tasks
  • Document processing & routing
  • Automated reporting and alerts
  • Monitoring with fallback handling

03

Websites, platforms & apps

Websites, platforms, and customer-facing applications with everything behind them wired up. Not a pretty frontend with nothing underneath. End-to-end — connected to your back-office by default.

What this looks like

  • Marketing sites with full CMS
  • Client portals and member areas
  • Booking and intake flows
  • Supabase backend infrastructure
  • Connected to your back-office

How we think

We whiteboard
before we write code.

The best systems are drawn before they're deployed. We spend the first week with markers in hand, mapping every data flow, every decision, every failure mode — on whiteboards, in notebooks, on napkins if we have to. Then the code writes itself.

The rule

If you can't draw the system on a whiteboard, it's not ready to build. If you can, most of the work is already done.

  1. 01

    Map the system

Every engagement starts on the whiteboard. Intake → automation → dashboard → output. If we can't draw it, we can't build it.

  2. 02

    Name every flow

Data flows, processing rules, analytics, reports — every arrow gets labeled. Every box gets a contract. The whiteboard becomes the spec.

  3. 03

    Sketch before specs

The messy sketching happens in notebooks first. Phase 1: structure. Client → system → output. Feedback loops are critical. Then — and only then — we write code.

How we work

From conversation to
production in four moves.

Every project is founder-built. If we can't ship, we don't bill.

  1. 01

    Map

We sit with your team. Observe workflows. Find the bottlenecks that are costing you time and money.

    1 week · async-first

  2. 02

    Prototype

A working system on your real data. Not a demo, not a slide deck. Something your team can actually use.

    2–3 weeks · real data

  3. 03

    Ship

Production-ready. Documented. You own it: source code, infrastructure, the lot.

    4–8 weeks · code ownership

  4. 04

    Operate

We stay on as your AI partner. Your business evolves, the system evolves with it.

    Ongoing · no lock-in

  • How is this different from an automation agency?
Automation agencies run playbooks — they connect your apps with Zapier or Make and call it a day. We go deeper. We understand your entire operation, then build a custom system around it. Back-office, automations, and front-office — all one connected system. If your problem can be solved with a Zapier template, you don't need us. If it needs someone to understand your operation and build something custom, you do.
  • How long does a project take?
A Sprint runs about a week and ships a working MVP on your real data. A Build engagement typically runs four to eight weeks from kickoff to production. We don't bill for work that doesn't ship.
  • Who actually builds it?
The person you talk to. Every project is led and built by the founder — no account managers, no junior handoffs, no game of telephone between the person you scoped with and the person doing the work.
  • Do you work with our existing tools?
Yes. We connect to what you already use — your CRM, billing, support tools, data sources — rather than asking you to migrate. The whole point is one connected system, not another silo.
  • What do we own after the project?
Everything. Source code, infrastructure, documentation — all yours to keep. No lock-in, no proprietary platform you can't leave. If you ever want to take it in-house or move it elsewhere, you can.
  • What if we're not sure what we need?
Book a discovery call. Thirty minutes, no pitch deck, no obligation. We'll talk through how your business actually works and tell you straight whether we're the right team — and if a Sprint is the right first step.
