The problem
Sky had no single view of its customers: data was scattered across different parts of the business, making joined-up insight or any real use of AI impossible.
Customer information was spread across separate systems with no agreed rules for how it was managed or trusted. Before anything smarter could be built, that foundation had to be put right.
What we built
We built Sky's first unified view of the customer, automatically bringing their data together into one trusted, well-governed foundation. On top of it we shipped the first AI use case, automatically recommending the next best action for each customer, which lifted both customer retention and product sales.
