Finally moved Pertemps off ageing systems onto a modern CRM, succeeding on the third attempt, where two previous tries had failed to ship.
The problem
Pertemps Group had twice tried, and failed, to move off ageing core systems, leaving an ultra cautious, change-resistant organisation with no clear way forward.
Earlier attempts had stalled on a mix of technical complexity, internal resistance and shifting suppliers. Any fresh attempt had to win back confidence as much as solve the technology.
What we built
We reset the programme, cut through the complexity, and handled the politics as carefully as the technology. We used AI-assisted re-engineering to move ageing FoxPro and Visual Basic 6 code into modern microservices, replacing the old monolith and getting Pertemps onto modern systems for the first time. Two previous attempts had failed. This one shipped.
