The problem
AstraZeneca needed one standardised, validated platform for its global drug-safety systems for the first time, but the work to build it had stalled for a year.
This is drug safety, one of the most tightly regulated areas in pharma. Every server had to be built exactly the same way, fully documented, and individually tested and signed off before it could be trusted. Without a repeatable standard, nothing could go live.
What we built
We built 140 Windows servers worldwide to a single, standardised and repeatable build, each one defined step by step in SOP cookbooks. Every server was tested and formally signed off as built to that standard, giving AstraZeneca's drug-safety teams one consistent, validated platform, available globally for the first time. We automated the build, test and validation processes.
